Mowing
Our mowing service provides straight lines with changed direction each mow. When it comes to trimming, we ensure everything is trimmed with a string trimmer including any curb overgrowth and landscape bed edges. We edge sidewalks and driveways as well.
Mulching
When it comes to mulch, we offer a variety of different colors, textures, and dyes. Typically a double dye in black, red, or brown will hold its color all season. If your bed receives a lot of sunlight, we may consider a triple dye variation so your mulch holds the color. A nice soft edge holds the mulch nicely.

Shrub Trimming
With our extremely fine attention to detail we trim shrubs to absolute perfection. We cleanup all debris and leave your shrubs looking amazing.
Edging
We offer hard edging with landscape bricks and soft edging with hand tools. The hard edging can completely transform any landscape bed to something beautiful. The soft edging will help define your landscape bed and keep any mulch, rocks, or other material from entering your grass.
Planting
Planting is crucial and we make sure every plant is placed adequately for the best growth. Some plants need more shade, more sun, or a little of both and we offer gorgeous variations of plants and trees to meet any specification.
Spring Cleanup
After winter we are left with fallen debris, weeds, sticks, and leaves. We like to begin spring cleanup as early as March and remove all weeds, sticks, and debris from landscape beds. Leaving your outdoor space looking amazing and ready for the season.
Fall Cleanup
As the leaves begin to change color and fall from the tree we want to ensure your lawn stays looking amazing by raking the leaves. We typically remove leaves in one or two sessions throughout the autumn season. This allows for removal of all leaves before winter keeping your lawn fresh and full.
Decorative River Rock
With an abundance of options, we can completely change the appearance of any landscape bed with decorative rocks. We place commercial grade fabric down to hold the rocks and keep weeds out. Then we layer your rocks flat and level keeping your outdoor space looking beautiful.
Fertilization
We use a granular based fertilizer specific to your lawn needs and time of year. Animal friendly and just the right amount keeping your lawn looking its best ALL season. We also provide overseeding during autumn months so your lawn looks green and full in the spring.
Weed Control
Pulling weeds or spraying weeds, we do both. If your weeds are overgrown and taking over, we will pull all of them from your landscape beds. Once all weeds are removed, we like to control them through the season by spraying the ones attempting to come up. This will instantly kill them and shrivel away. Weed killer is safe for animals after about 30 minutes or once its dry.
Maintenance
There is a lot to maintaining a beautiful outdoor space and we understand life can be pretty demanding. Whether is trimming back overgrowth, pulling/spraying weeds, mowing weekly, or simply adding a few plants from time-to-time you can count on American Grass to maintain your outdoor space all season.
